WALL TILE — METHOD
Commercial Walmart restrooms — full-height tile on all walls (walls go floor-to-ceiling at 8 ft per Walmart prototype, NOT the residential walk-in-shower assumption). Estimated as perimeter × 8 ft per suite. 6 suites totaling ~272 LF perimeter × 8 ft = 2176 SF wall tile. VERIFY perimeter against A5.1 actual dimensions before bidding.
Trim & Substrate Allowances (estimated)
Standard allowances that ship with a tile scope — verify exact products with the bidder. Hardiebacker (or equivalent cement board) goes everywhere tile is installed. Schluter SCHIENE (or aluminum transition strip) covers the doorway threshold at each restroom. Tile base LF assumes one course of base around each room perimeter (matches the CT53A 6×12 tile base callout extracted from PHM2.1).
